Meredith Cumbow is the Vice President of Human Resources at AMG Vanadium, where she leads the Human Resources and Organizational Development functions for the Cambridge and Zanesville facilities. She has held HR and organizational development leadership roles with Plymouth Tube Company, SYGMA Network, and Thyssenkrupp Presta. She holds a Bachelor of Science from Indiana University and a Master of Science from Indiana State University. She is a Senior Certified Professional through both the Society for Human Resource Management and the HR Certification Institute, and serves as a board member of the Children's Advocacy Center of Guernsey County.

Cheryl has been married to Don Gadd for 47 years and is a mother of three, grandmother of thirteen, and great-grandmother of three.

Her background is in nursing, where she served as a Court Appointed Advocate for Guernsey County Court of Common Pleas, Juvenile Division for twenty years, and a member of Women Interested in Children for twenty years, where she currently sit as the president. In 2005, she was inducted into the Muskingum Career Center Hall of Fame, Zanesville, Ohio Campus. 

Hilaree has been committed to the Children’s Advocacy Center since it opened its doors in 2006. She completed forensic interviews at the CAC for children in need from 2006 until 2022. She also served as the CAC Director from 2017 to 2022 and assisted as a contract employee until April 2025. She also served on the Ohio Network of Children’s Advocacy Centers Board for 2 years. Hilaree has 24 years combined work experience serving abused and neglected children and has lived in Guernsey county since 2004. Hilaree became a CAC Board member in July 2025 and looks forward to continuing to dedicate time to CAC’s mission.

Mandy McGlumphy is the Founder and Executive Director of Southeastern Ohio Counseling Center, which provides mental health and addiction services throughout Southeastern Ohio. She has served on the Children’s Advocacy Center of Guernsey County Board since 2012 and currently serves as Vice President. Mandy is actively involved in several community organizations, including the United Way of Guernsey, Monroe, and Noble Counties (President), the Foundation for Appalachian Ohio – Guernsey County Foundation Board, OSU Extension Advisory Board, WIC board, Guernsey County Suicide Prevention Coalition, Friends of East Guernsey Schools, the SOCC Foundation Board, and the Buckeye Trail Football Boosters (Vice President).
