How the MDT Works
Our MDT model ensures that children tell their story once in a safe and supportive environment while the professionals responsible for their care work together behind the scenes. This coordinated approach reduces trauma and duplication, improves communication across agencies, strengthens investigative and legal outcomes, ensures families receive clear guidance and consistent support, and creates a unified pathway from disclosure to and ensure families get the support they need. Every case is reviewed collaboratively, allowing the team to share information as needed, identify needs, and make decisions that prioritize the child’s well being.
Our Commitment to Collaboration
We believe that strong partnerships create strong outcomes. Our MDT partners are more than agencies. They are colleagues who share a commitment to protecting children, supporting families, and building a safer community. Together, we uphold the standards of the Children’s Advocacy Center model and ensure that every child who walks through our doors is met with compassion, professionalism, and hope.
Our MDT is made up of dedicated agencies and professionals who collaborate on cases to promote safety, healing, and accountability
